Prince Harry Gives Hug To Sick Little Boy

Prince Harry was the king of the children when he attended an awards ceremony for Wellchild, a children’s charity in the UK, on Monday.

Prince Harry, the 32 year old royalty, was in cool uncle mode as he started to mingle with young fans at a London event that honors the inspirational qualities of seriously ill young people and children in the UK.

Some parents, youngsters, celebrity supporters, and carers tuned out to the Dorchester hotel in London for the evening.

The prince knelt down next to a lot of wheelchairs of attendees to greet them in a warm manner. He was spotted wining a kid over with a Batman chat and gave other kids some balloon animals, yet probably, the sweetest moment was when he shared a sweet hug from Ollie Carroll, an award winner of Inspirational Child.

The 5-year-old kid suffering from Batten disease and can’t stand by himself managed to get to his feet and hug the prince for a big cuddle. According to Lucy, the mother of Ollie, the kid was thrilled and the prince as well. She added that the prince is very privileged as Ollie can’t stand up by himself and used his strength just stand up and hug the prince.

Prince Harry also gave a short speech during the event and said that the evening left him in awe at the human character’s strength, especially among those young kids. He also said that watching the children face every challenge with positivity and determination and good humor never fail him to take his breath away.
