Our world is open to innovations every day, especially when you are focusing on global inequalities. With so many inventors and ample brainpower, the world’s tackiest challenge is creativity and tenacity. Would you believe that in September alone, eight interesting innovations surfaced? Here is a quick walk through few of them
#1 Note for the Blind
On September 1st, a new $5 note was released for the blind. The note comprises of a tactile component that can help individuals with low vision or no sight to see and identify the dollar note. The idea was inspired by Connor McLeod a 15-year old ambitious investor.

#2 VAXXWAGON
Anurudh Ganesan a 16-year old designed and developed a lifesaving vehicle called “VAXXWAGON”. This is a cooling system that can keep vaccines intact during several hours of transportation. What makes this innovation special would be its no-electricity and no-ice qualities. VAXXWAGON can be connected to a cycle and driven around without any issues.

#3 Water to Electricity
The “Gloria Barron Prize” was given to an inexpensive and a simple device that converts kinetic energy to usable electricity. Most of the device is designed from recycled materials. This includes recycled bottles and spoons. The intuitive device was invented by Hannah Herbst a 15-year old for around 12 USD.
#4 An App for Foodless Teens
Even homeless teenagers have mobile phones. However, they don’t have adequate supply of food. This is why “Not Impossible Labs” is planning to release an app that connects hungry teens. Sooner, this would connect homeless teens too!
