The world and international institutions are keen to know the outcome of this historic event and some have already started to predict the future outcome. This time, a German magazine has amazed the world with its report.
U.S. economy would face a sever loss in case of Donald trump’s win to the presidents seat of United States, According to the economics ministry of Germany. Der Spiegel magazine published the views of German ministry stated in an internal memorandum.
According to the magazine, ministry expects fewer jobs along with higher unemployment rate and shrinkage of GDP in the United States in case of a republican candidate’s victory. The magazine has claimed that these are the expectations and predictions of German economic ministry advisors in an internal memorandum.
Republican candidate Donald Trump has proposed tax cuts of $4.4 trillion and he wants to curb government regulations. He also proposed to take a tougher stand in trade deals that are or will be in the negotiation stages.
Donald Trump thinks that his economic plan would produce an upwards of 3.5 % economic growth and 25 million more jobs would be added in the coming decade as well.
The global economists have clear doubts on the assumptions and plans of trump.
Official Memorandums of the German Government and local magazine insist that trumps economic plans are not feasible. His plan will also violate the international and even the existing U.S. economic laws and through these kinds of steps, there are no chances of realistic economic policy.
On the report of Der Spiegel, the spokesperson of the German economic ministry declined to comment further on this subject.
This is not the first case of any international governmental department or research institutes’ prediction against trump’s future plans and forecasts. Last month, Oxford economics had estimated that U.S. economy would be some $1 trillion smaller than if trump wins the election in 2016.
But as anything in Government, Can we trust ANYTHING they say?.
